The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.mikai.com.ar
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please note:
-Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
-The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
-Please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.


International Shipping Policy and Restrictions:
-Delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.
-Orders shipping to International addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total purchase amount limit of $1,000.
-International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. At Mikai we try to estimate those taxes and take care of the payment, so no hidden fees will appear once the package reaches you.

To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take up to 48 hours.
-International shipping usually arrives within 3 - 5 business days, but may take up to 7 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
